What you should cover are:
1. the underlying facts of the case
2. the issue before the court
3. the court’s decision and the reasons the court gives for the decision
4. whether you agree or disagree with the court and your reasons for your conclusion (the side you take will NOT affect your grade).
It must be typed and not exceed 10 pages double spaced (5 pages if single spaced). You must email a copy to me atwwmuse@vcu.edu and also give me a hard copy in class. The deadline for turning it in is Thursday, November 30, 2017 (no extensions will be granted). If you have questions, see me in class or email me. Here are four cases to choose from:

Kelo v. City of New London, 545 US 469 (2005)
