Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:

  1. Compare the difference between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Determine which is more strongly related to performance for your selected company.
  2. Apply motivational theory and performance management principles to evaluate the company as a potential employer.
  3. Use at least three (1) quality references. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not quality as academic resources.

Job satisfaction is simply the level of content and fulfillment an employee feels with his or her job and position. Organizational commitment on the other hand is the employee’s attraction to the organization they work in. Google company has created a working environment and tradition that the employees are expected to work in and uphold for as long as they work in that given organization (Juana-Espinosa, 2012).
