Performance can be assessed along a number of different dimensions. An assessment matrix provides an overview of the various assessments used to measure performance and the objectives of these assessments.
Review the Assessment Matrix Template [DOC] as an example format for your matrix.
Assemble several types of assessments that are facilitated in your classroom or workplace by row.
Organize the type and purpose of each assessment by column.
Based upon your post to the View of Stakeholders discussion, the Required Studies, and a review of documents, create a table of the assessments used in your organization.
Include the following in your assignment:
Brief introduction of your organization and a statement describing the purpose of the assessment matrix, rows and columns
Brief description of the tools and techniques used for assessment and evaluation
Assessment Matrix Table
Conclusion that summarizes insights you gained from this assignment
Support your statements in the introduction and conclusion with evidence from the Required Studies, your review of documentation and your research. Cite and reference your sources in APA style.
