The following is the list of Arizona’s victim bill of rights according to Harrison (2002):

In “Section 2.1. (A)   The main aim is to preserve and protect rights of victims to justice as well as due process. Therefore a victim of crime always has a right:

  1. To be treated with dignity, fairness, respect, and to be free from abuse, harassment, intimidation, throughout the process of criminal justice.
