Applying Self-Regulated Learning

Description
Please see the 2 attachments.

need APA style papers .
Thank you

Guideline #1: Describe one (1) topic that you are currently attempting to learn. Explore your motivation for learning about the chosen topic.

This can be anything… Are you trying a new program/technique in your classroom? Are you trying to learn a 2nd language? Are you trying to be healthier? Why are you motived to learn about your chosen topic? Be detailed on why it is important to you.

Guideline #2: Describe each phase of the self-regulated learning (SRL) approach to learning.

There are three phases: Forethought, Performance and Reflection. Thoroughly describe each phase by detailing what takes places in each, and also what type of questions you are asking yourself during that phase. For example, in the forethought phase you may be asking yourself what your motivations are and also what the end goal is for the task.

Guideline #3: Describe two benefits and two challenges that may be associated with self-regulated learning.

Share at least two benefits and at least two challenges to the self-regulated learning process.(This is NOT the benefits/challenges to your goal!) Be descriptive and detailed on how one benefits from using forethought, performance and reflection as a guide when striving for a new goal. On the other hand, how is that process challenging? Would it be particularly challenging for a specific type of person? Or universally challenging?

Guideline #4: Apply self-regulated learning to the topic you want to learn. Outline a strategy to apply self-regulated learning to improve this learning situation. Include the main activities that you would use in each phase (i.e., forethought, performance, and self-reflection). Note: Refer to Table 9.3 on page 330 of the textbook for further clarification.

Apply SRL to your specific goal/topic. What does forethought look like for your goal? What activities will you do during the forethought phase? What does performance look like? What activities will you do during the performance phase? What does reflection look like for your goal? What will you do during the reflection phase that will increase your likelihood of sustaining your goal. Overall, how will you use SRL to increase your likelihood of achieving your goal and staying motivated?

Conclusion: Bring it all together.
What did you discover throughout this piece and how can you use that information in future scenarios where using SRL will be useful?
