            When it comes to decision making the right procedures or methods have to be considered. This is done by making sure that the methods used are cost effective, relevant and qualitative so that the best decisions can be developed (Tierney, 2008).  I conducted an interview on one of the supervisors in on organization around and this is what I summarized.
