Beginning with the End in Mind: The Final Project (20%)
The Week 6 Final Project YOU WILL BUILD A LESSON WEBSITE. You will also develop a report discussing your lesson, including how you integrated learning theory, sound pedagogy and technology. It is a rewarding but intensive project. Here you will demonstrate mastery, not only in developing a high quality lesson, but also in the use of education technology to support learning.
Several of the EDU649 weekly activities can be used toward your Final Project. In order to accomplish this, it is important that you identify an idea for your lesson no later than Week 2. In Weeks 2 and 4, the second discussion board will be dedicated to not only the usual prompt, but also as a place for you to share your Final Project with your classmates. I strongly urge you to share your final project in these discussion boards as it progresses. You will gain valuable feedback not only from your classmates but from me.

At the end of the Final Project description is the Rubric I will be using to score your work. It is critical to carefully review all the Rubrics throughout your courses PRIOR TO BEGINNING WORK ON ANY ASSIGNMENT. This will ensure you are addressing the same the areas that your instructor will be addressing. Therefore, after reading the assignment and my annotations, take a careful look at the Rubric at the end.
