Address your personal reaction to the murder
Podcast/Journal Reflection
A social worker produced podcast, Convicted, explores the case of Richard Nicholas. Students will be asked to listen to 6 episodes of the podcast and reflect on topics presented in each episode. Podcast can be found at Pods for Justice: Convicted. You can also find the podcast (Convicted, Season 1) on Spotify, Stitcher, Apple Podcasts, Google Play, and most of the other podcast apps. Journals should be 3-4 pages in length, double spaced using 12 point Times New Roman font. Cover page and references are not required for the journals.
Although I HIGHLY recommend you listen to the podcasts, the transcripts can be found online.

- Based on the information presented thus far, do you think Richard is guilty as charged? Why or why not? Or, do you think this is a wrongful conviction case? Why or why not?
- What are some of the limitations in the case/court proceedings?
