Professional Goals

My current professional goals are to finish my Bachelors degree in Health Care management so I can get a promotion at work from a Data Analyst to a Health Care Coordinator, for now. I am thinking of going to school to obtain a nursing degree because I do a lot of nurse education regarding Core Measures for the hospital that I work for. I believe a nursing degree would give me a better understanding of my current work but from a nursing perspective. I may possibly, much later down the line, want to become a Director of Quality/Health Care Improvement. It is one thing to work in a department that can affect change within an organization, but it is another thing to be able to have more input and control over what changes are actually being made.
