Write a paper about the different American industries that foreign corporations are trying to buy into

The paper has to do with a mix of mergers and acquisitions and international relations

Quick Research Proposal:

For this question I will try to and figure why they are targeting these specific industries. I will also be looking at which of these foreign corporations are coming from country’s that we consider to be enemies of the United States and if there is anything that the government can do in order to stop these acquisitions/mergers from happening. This will require me to look into domestic laws and see how they impact mergers.

Requirements:
