Criteria: · Active ASE member · Currently registered with CCI or ARDMS · Attended a minimum of 4 AHS Echo Society Conferences within the past 3 years To Apply: 1. Submit an essay about yourself describing: · Why you are a good candidate to be considered for this grant · Your Echocardiography career accomplishments · How you volunteer your time · Other participation outside of AHS in the Cardiology community · Your future goals at Atlantic Health · Assuming you were the winner of this scholarship, how will you pay it forward and share what you learn at the conference with your peers in the clinical environment?

This essay is for me to be considered for a grant. I will tell you the following information about myself feel free to include if appropriate.

I am RDCS, RVT registered. I have been in the clinical field for over 25 years and currently with my organization for 20 years. I have my MBA and BS in Echo.

I am a FASE and active ASE member. I am active on echo discussion posts and social media promoting echocardiography.

I volunteer my time helping in pet shelters, community health care fairs, mentoring echo students from different schools, teaching EKG classes. I work on echo laboratories accreditation applications.

I have attended the required courses.

My family in Puerto Rico needed medical care but died prior receiving it.

my uncle needed an LVAD or heart transplant.

my aunt had a TAVR procedure and had to have a surgeon fly to PR to perform this procedure. She was 1 out of 10 people in PR to have this done.
