After reviewing the analysis from the text, compare and contrast the methods between two of the listed international styles of community policing and a style of community policing employed in the United States. In your opinion, what are the reasons behind the differences? Would your selected international styles work in your community? Why or why not?

International Policing
Seeing all of these different countries and the way that they use the community oriented policing is quite fascinating. I have heard of other agencies but getting to read about them and find that they really are not ran much differently is interesting to say the least.
The British experience is quite effective. “Concentrate the attention of the police, the local authority (social) services, the churches, teachers, and others to produce a better environment.” This works well for them they look to bring the community, the parents, churches, and children together with law enforcement to come up with ideas on better protecting its citizens.
Japan is different from the method that the British use in a sense they both use the community oriented policing but Britain does not have near the population that japan does so japan has to have more control over its 125 million people. With 861 people per square mile its officers need to be able to handle it all.
Japan uses more of the neighborhood policing to look after its citizens. The police and the community have a tight knit relationship and that stems from culture to the fact that with so many people in a close area they can’t afford for small issues to turn into big issues.
Both of these styles are implemented in too days police departments. So I would agree that yeah they would work is the US these styles are seen throughout. In my little village we can relate more too how japan is with the police forming a tight knit bond with the community

Additionally, the paper will also explain the bad…
