I believe that both Chris and Meg are guilty of dishonesty. When Meg offered Chris she would loan a copy of her paper to get a sense of how she structured her interrogatories. Chris then agreed to what she offered him. Meg turned her interrogatories to Chris in an e-mail. It also constitutes plagiarism because Chris could just copy what she gave him in an e-mail. If I was Meg and I had to explain myself to Prof. Griffin I would tell her i felt bad for him because he was so overwhelmed and I did not know he was going to copy everything I had said.

It is true that both Chris and Meg were guilty of academic dishonesty. Both agreed to copy each other’s work. Meg offered Chris her work and in return she would receive payment for that mistake.
