Title Page

The title page should contain the title of the paper, name of the author and the institutional affiliation. A page header flushed on the left should be included with the page number flush right at the top of the page. The title should be typed in the uppercase and lowercase letters and centered in the upper half of the page. The recommended words of the title should not be more than 12 words in length.
