Leaders communicate in a way that is dependent on their age and generation. In most cases we have had our leaders speak in a manner that differs with our own perception. When they do speak it clearly shows their generation as of the moment they are making their speech. Almost every human being communicates under the influence of their generation. Leaders are not an exception when it comes to how they do communicate their ideas to their juniors………………………
