The criminal justice system is to deliver justice to all and therefore it is very important that all parties in court proceeding are equally represented. Courts do offer equal chances to all parties to present their side of the story. However, the court has no control for the skills level of the people presenting their sides of the story. More specifically, it is not technically possible to ensure a leveled playing field when on one hand, is a layman defending himself and on the other, a qualified officer of the court is trying to prove him wrong……………………………….
