First Amendment
First Amendment:I was surprised by the findings of reading 11-52-7(b). I can see people screaming violation of First Amendment and while I can see that I can also see where this could get touchy. I feel that personally there is a difference between someone intentionally lying about someone and someone jokingly lying. However, in law there are no “personal touches” It simply is what it is. One being yes, Bobby as well as everyone else should have KNOWN when the game was but I also look at it from my point of view in that my life there are no set times. I am told constantly of not only my son’s game times changing to my husband’s as well as my own meeting times changing and usually the only way I am notified is by word of mouth and short notice happens daily.
