The first stage in hiring an accounts clerk is submission of recruiting documents, then the selection process, searching an interview panel, interviewing. The second stage is making a hiring decision among different applicants. The last stage in the hiring process is documentation. This entails formalizing all the document in order to improve the process of hiring. The most important stage is to provide a clear analysis for the job position in order to come up with logical conclusions………………………
