The format should be use as follows. 1) the name of the case, 2)the date it was decided 3)the facts of the case 4) the issue being decided 5)the Decision of the court 6) the legal reasoning, explain what the court said in your own words must be 2 pages 7)the justice who wrote the decision 8)the vote count ex. 7:2 9) the concurring and dissenting opinions

and then a 3 page essay expressing the students impressions and analysis of this case, its outcome and its impact on society. Must be neatly typed on a standard word processing program, double spaced.
