Your manager just asked you to join a meeting in progress to speak for five minutes about a build versus buy decision the company is about to make. Describe how you would spend those five minutes in presenting the most important element of the decision.

The most important element is to have a system that is able to achieve the goal or the purpose it is indented to. Thus I would spend the five minutes comparing the two methods to establish which is better for the company. At times, building a system is better because the overall product is a tailor made product that fits to the organizational goals. However, this process may also be expensive.
