Tim cook took over leadership of apple from steve jobs with whom many comparisons have been in terms of their leadership style. While steve job was focused more on innovation, tim has taken a different path whereby he is concentrating more on social responsibility and the environment. He has improved labor conditions for workers who assemble apple devices overseas. Tim has also taken measures to reduce environmental pollution.
