The study of organization behavior mainly entails how the various humans interact in the organization settings, the various levels of management and how the organization itself responds (Lutherans, 2011). The case study explains how one of the largest Mexican banks, Ban co Mercantile, encountered a loss of more than £80 million dollars due to the fact that on of the clients decided to go rogue and trade against the bank. There were short sales of the US Dollar for the Argentine Peso and this mainly led to the loss encountered by the branch of the bank in that Latin Country. However, the banks officials claimed that the trader had acted unlawfully by defaulting the corporate guidelines with his continuous denial to uncover his trading accounts…………………………
