1. Convince your reader that a problem exists. Consider how people, animals, the environment, the economy, etc. are negatively impacted by this problem.
2. Explain your proposed solution.
3. Offer justification for your proposed solution. Anticipate and summarize any possible objections to your solution.
Requirements:
-Introduction – Does it engage readers\’ interest in the issue/problem?
-Claim – Does the writer present a proposed solution to the problem?
-LOGOS: Is the reader convinced that the problem is serious? Is sufficient evidence provided? Is the proposed solution supported with reasons & evidence?
