- Is it morally permissible to execute an individual with little evidence?
- The imposition of capital punishment has been marred by errors in convictions, racial discrimination, and other problems in its administration over the years. Do you believe these problems will ever be eliminated? If they were eliminated, would it be permissible to use capital punishment more frequently as a punishment for severe crimes?

There are many people who were sentenced to death yet it was later found out that they were wrongly convicted. They were innocent yet the real criminals are out there in the world with no one having the slightest clue on what they have done. This raises the debate on whether death penalties are good or evil. Is there a high possibility that a person will be executed and it is later found that the person was innocent and was only a victim of wrongful judgment, (Rock, 2006)?…………………………………
