Hybrid Methodology
Last week, you delivered a presentation that focused on the Waterfall method. Just as they expected, you nailed it again. They were so impressed that they excluded one additional individual, and you won the work. Before you begin this exciting new contract, they have a couple of questions for you:
You have been asked to prepare a small presentation outing the following:
(a)Describe a Hybrid Methodology and explain why it may be needed in an organization.
(b)Do you feel that multiple methodologies should be created, and why?
