  1. Brainstorming & Strategic Revision (30 minutes): As a group, brainstorm potential revisions or expansions to the \\\\\\”Fence Talks\\\\\\” campaign. Consider the following:
    • Target Audience: Are there other relevant audience segments Troy-Bilt could target? How would you tailor the campaign to them?
    • Platform Expansion: Could the campaign be expanded to other digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, Twitch, podcasts)? How?
    • Content Diversification: What new content formats or themes could be explored?
    • Interactive Elements: How could the campaign incorporate more interactive elements to increase engagement?
    • Long-Term Strategy: How could Troy-Bilt build on the success of \\\”Fence Talks\\\” to create a sustained, long-term influencer marketing program?
    • Crisis Communication Consideration: How could this type of campaign be altered to help with crisis communications? For Example, if a widespread pest destroyed lawns, how could this campaign be used?

Each group will present their revised or expanded campaign strategy to the class. Be prepared to explain your rationale and support your recommendations with evidence from the case study and your own analysis.

Deliverables:

  • Individual notes from Part 1.
  • Group notes from Part 2, including a brief outline of your revised/expanded campaign strategy.
  • A short (3-5 minute) group presentation.
