Program Learning Outcomes related to this course:
- Analyze leader actions for self-awareness; emotional, social and Cultural intelligences; and/or strength- based approaches leading to change in organizations.
- Formulate an opinion or conclusion using an approach that includes questioning one\\\’s own assumptions, reasoning through logic, and considering diverse points of view, utilizing both primary and secondary research.
- Develop potential business-related strategies and positions through original and divergent thinking as well as synthesis of existing ideas reflecting a willingness to embrace change

Course Learning Outcomes:
- Research and assess the impact of technology disruption on an industry sector, taking into consideration human, societal, and business process implications
- Develop guidelines and recommendations on how to manage the impact of technological disruption for an industry sector, addressing human, societal, and business process factors.
- Examine and evaluate the historical challenges and opportunities that technology disruption has had on society and business.
- Articulate and explain the human impacts of technology disruption, including justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.
- Identify and defend your point of view about future technological disruptions and how they will provide opportunities and cause challenges for business, society, and communities.
