After your college graduation you are approached by Vlad Kimmelshissel, the CEO of Crunch Financial Management [CFM]. You have been trying to get in to see the CEO for months but nobody has returned your calls. Matthew Crankershank, your public school buddy while golfing with Vlad spoke highly of your management and technical experience. When you finally meet with Vlad he offers you a consulting gig which, if you do a great job on this gig, would lead to a six figure [>$250,000] staff position at CFM. Your task is to provide to Vlad and CFM management a cogent proposal, To Cloud or Not To Cloud!

Vlad has had quite a few management members push him to move their program and data files to the cloud. There are others who have stressed caution in such a move with some members totally against the idea. Vlad asked you to prepare an action report.

Vlad stated that your response should contain,

 Your analysis of the pros and Cons of the alternatives [maybe a SWOT analysis]

 Your recommendations to management with supporting arguments
