For this discussion, reflect on the Three Keys to Influence discussed in chapter 2 (Focus and Measure, Find Vital Behaviors, and Engage All Six Sources of Influence). Write a thread that highlights how each of the Keys is important to organizational change. Include personal work experience noting specific elements from one of the Keys as part of your response.
