The 10th amendment reads “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” The Constitution does not specifically give the federal government the power to regulate abortion, but the Constitution does specify that citizens of one state are entitled to enjoy the rights of other states. The question is this: The question is this: Should states allow for legal recreational marijuana use even though federal law currently holds marijuana to be illegal?
