Assignment Instructions: The purpose of this discussion is to reflect on the principles and concepts presented in the course text, Leading Change by Kotter. For this discussion, select a concept of interest from Kotter chapters 3-10, “The Eight Stage Process” (e.g. communicating vision, empowering employees, or the concept of short-term wins). Write a thread that integrates personal experience regarding the concept with current developments and best practices from industry.
The student will post 1 thread of at least 600 words. For each thread, students must support their assertions with a text and at least 4 scholarly citations in APA format. Each reply must incorporate at least 2 scholarly citations in APA format. Any sources cited must have been published within the last 3 years. Sources for scholarly citations are to come from peer-reviewed journals.
