………………………Answer preview………………….The most common food at my home is the Atkins diet where we change from different types of foods each day. The meals that we have are mainly beef, fish, lamb, bacon, chicken and low-carbohydrates and vegetables. At breakfast, I usually take eggs, creamy yogurt or cheese. I have become addicted to these meals, and according to the article some are healthy when consumed frequently, but others are not healthy………………………….
