Topic 1: Has your perspective changed?
Given what you have learned about e-discovery this week, how does this change your perspective on legal technology in the law office? More specifically, do you see why, despite offering efficiency, law offices must be even more diligent about protecting sensitive data and information when using general and legal specialty software?

Reflect back on the discussion in Unit 1 (you may even want to go back to the Unit 1 Discussion Board and review what you and your classmates posted.)

In Unit 1, you were asked, “What are some of the ways that you have used technology to become more efficient in your studies and in your personal work experiences? What do you see as being the pros and cons of using technology? Is it possible to rely too much on technology?”
