According to this theory, successful intelligence is the ability to achieve one’s goal in life, given the sociocultural context in which one lives. King demonstrated the three groups of abilities that made up the triarchic theory: analytical, creative, and practical. In addition to these components, he also exhibited wisdom and contextual intelligence.

To possess analytical skills, one must be able to see a need to develop strategies and assess goals that need to be met. He was able to critically analyze complex social issues, identify injustices, and propose thoughtful solutions for positive change. King demonstrated creative thinking in his approach to the civil rights movement. This ability is to invent strategies to reform the environment. He used nonviolent resistance and civil disobedience strategies, innovative ways to challenge racial segregation and discrimination. Lastly, practical abilities involve implementing and executing behaviors and skills in the environment. King was an effective leader and organizer. He knew how to mobilize people, inspire them with his powerful speeches, and lead successful protests and demonstrations.

He showed emotional intelligence in handling difficult situations, staying composed in adversity, and advocating peaceful resolutions. He had a deep understanding of his time’s social and political context. His formulation of relativity theory required complicated mathematical computations and logical reasoning. He possessed a thorough comprehension of physics concepts and was capable of analyzing experimental data to reach relevant conclusions (Zeng et al., 2020). Einstein’s analytical ability enabled him to make seminal discoveries in physics.
Creative Abilities: Einstein’s ability to think beyond the box and suggest novel ideas demonstrated his creative thinking. He was capable of imagining abstract notions and exploring new possibilities. His mental exercises, like visualizing oneself riding beside a beam of light, assisted him in coming up with innovative discoveries and challenging traditional thinking. Einstein’s inventiveness was critical to his scientific discoveries.
Practical Abilities: The capacity of Einstein to adapt his theoretical understanding to real-world issues revealed his practical talents.
