These include the application, an evaluation of the applicant’s physical and mental status, the applicant’s release of information from third parties, the applicant’s provision of a certificate of insurance, provision of evidence of an applicant’s state licensure, evaluation of the applicant’s references, a thorough interview of the applicant, and approval by the governing body.
The ARRT Ethics Committee determines if there has been a violation of the Rules of Ethics. The committee may impose a sanction against the individual’s certification or registration.
