Consider yourself in this scenario:
Elmdale Hospital needs to create an infection prevention program (IPP). You are a department administrator and will be collaborating with clinical and non-clinical professionals to create the official documents, design staff trainings, and ensure compliance. For your first meeting with the infection prevention committee, you’ve been tasked with creating a basic overview of how the infection prevention program will be designed.
