This information is for a job position as an “Associate Governmental Program Analyst” my Job duties are as followed: As a member of the Training and Field Support team, the AGPA will provide consultative services to the field to
ensure compliance with the WC procedures of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR)
WC Program. Members of the Training and Field Support team will establish liaison and oversight of the WC work
product of the individual field Return to Work Coordinators and assist with the defense of high-cost cases or
sensitive claims that result from claims originating at various institutions and field locations. The AGPA will
develop subject matter expertise for the Return-to-Work program at CDCR.
