Go to the Department of Homeland Security at http://www.dhs.gov/organization. Then click on “Department Components” on the left. Click on several of the headings and get an idea of what authority the DHS has been given.
Then consider the following:
Comment on the structure of DHS and why it is set up this way. Also, is there anything you would change and why? Do you see any possible Constitutional issues with the delegation Congress has made to this agency? Explain.
