By learning from others, we can avioid making those same mistakes and can be more aware if we find ourselves in a similar situation. Reference the proper way to conduct a preflight from your a flight manual. Was someone flying when they were unfit to fly? Reference the protocol of IMSAFE and the FAA requirements for airmen.
