It is probably safe to decide that most violence starts off with perhaps, our most volatile emotion, anger. Take the assessment below to gain insight in how you manage (or not) your anger….in a minimum of two paragraphs, briefly report your results, analyze them, and explain how they apply to you in the real world/your everyday life.
