The poor in the society may fail to access proper healthcare because they may not have enough finances required to get proper treatment of their diseases. They may be very willing to get proper treatment but finances limit them. The mentally ill should also be taken care of and given the treatment since they are not able to judge rationally on whether they should seek medical attention or not…………..
