This assignment asks you to provide a real-world example of a project you have been involved in within an organization or your community. You are to provide a full perspective on how the project was developed, managed, and completed. The week’s course materials will assist you in addressing major components of the project, how the project met the definition of a project, and also the organizational structure and culture that supported the project. This should provide a thought process that sets the framework for the next weeks of the class.
Select a current or past project with which you have been involved in your organization or community.
Prepare a project proposal form as shown in Figure 2.4A of Ch. 2 of Project Management for this project.
