I agree with your post when you mentioned that the final capstone project has truly honed-in on how to run a health facility. When I look back at the start of the program, I now realize that the program is well designed, and each class has contributed to my understanding in what it takes to be a senior leader in the health arena. Initially when I reviewed the instructions for the capstone project, I thought, how am I going to get through this? But as I began bringing the project together, I quickly realized that I am equipped to provide the necessary information needed to end the program successfully.
