Many firms have employee performance management systems whose duty is to ensure that organizations goals are being met effectively and efficiently. The performance management systems can be used to check the general performance of employees, organization in general or the different departments in the organization. However, for the organization or its departments to function effectively employees must perform their duties efficiently. This is the main reason why firms have come up with several policies aimed at ensuring that employees perform their jobs appropriately. For instance, Baderman Island Company has very effective performance management systems which ensure that their employees are not incompetent.
