5) Explain how implementing servant leadership would impact the ability of the organization to realize its vision and accomplish its goals.

6) Explain how you might go about implementing servant leadership within your organization or within a specific part of the organization if you were the leader.

7) Identify the following (relating to implementing servant leadership within your organization): (a) Stakeholders who would be advocates or supporters. (b)Potential challenges or obstacles and how you would overcome them.

Servant leadership is where one wants to be at services to others first. Aspiring to leadership comes after serving others.  A servant leader usually presumes the place of a servant when associating with their subordinates. The concept of servant leadership results to authentic and legitimate leadership where a leader desires to help others first. Servant leaders derive pleasure in helping others while at the same time improving the success of the organization. Servant leaders encourage a holistic advance to work. This is a philosophy whoever is available should do the work as long as they are present for the work. Employees in the workplace should be encouraged to be themselves in the workplace in order that they can be able to apply their full abilities for the sake of the organization. This leads to the overall improvement in the achievement of the organizational goals and objectives in line with the mission and vision. The interests of the organization are promoted to a long term nature (Greenleaf, 2012).

Servant leadership promotes a sense of community. It overcomes the limitation of loss of community in the modern society. Servant leaders will ensure that the organization that they lead provides human services that improve the welfare of the community and society at large.
