Written Assignment-Organizational Culture Assessment – 40-point value. You will complete the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument and will include the numerical and visual chart results as an appendix in your paper. Using the assigned readings, the self-paced tutorial and your completed OCAI assessment, you will answer the following:
In which quadrants did you note the greatest difference between current culture and future culture?
What organizational changes are needed based on your OCAI scores?
In what quadrants do you see a need to increase emphasis? Decrease emphasis?
What does it mean to change in your identified quadrant (greatest difference between now and future)? What will happen if change does not occur in this quadrant?
Would these changes be substantial, transformative, incremental or evolutionary? Why?
Identify two (2) specific, actionable strategies that are critical to changing culture with two (2) short-term and two (2) long-term goals. How will you measure success of these goals?
To create the OACI appendix: There are multiple links in the week 2 module for this assignment. There is a tutorial to help guide you as you create your OACI appendix. Please use all the resources included in these links in order to complete this portion of the exercise as it must be included in the paper and cannot be handwritten.
Must include 3 references, 1 must be from course materials and 2 from peer reviewed references
Paper must be APA format, 7th edition—including a title and reference page separate from the body of the paper. Paper should be double spaced throughout and 2-3 pages long (title, references and OCAI appendix are not included in the page count)
Reference must be no older than 5 years (2015-2021) unless course material.
