I believe leaders should be employed for a fixed leadership style. In hiring someone I want the potential person to be well versed in whatever field of work they are hired for. I think a strength of a person should be flexibility in order to change with the times and incorporate change and handle difficult situations that may arise within the organization. It’s not good that leaders ever have the same approach to a situation, flexibility is needed sometimes in situations you have to meet
