The hiring manager does not want to consider the 62-year-old male because he not believe he will be able to put forth enough effort at his age. He also does not want to consider the 47-year-old female because he believes her appearance will cause potential customers to not buy their product. He would like to hire the 22-year-old female even though she has no experience because he feels that their clients will be more receptive to her appearance and age.
