Compassion fatigue is a real issue that truly needs further investigation. “Nurses are particularly vulnerable to compassion fatigue” (Boyle, 2011). What are ways we can combat this issue? I am attaching an interesting article if anyone would like to read. I would enjoy hearing different perspectives from anyone in the class about how this impacts leadership.
