In your first paragraph, I want to demonstrate knowledge about Juries. Explain different aspects of the Jury system (History, Size, Jury Selection, Voir Dire, etc.)(Chapter 13, pgs. 377-390).
In your second paragraph, I want you to discuss biases within juries. Is it possible to have a completely unbiased jury in today\’s world of social media, and video footage of incidents being shown in the news before the case comes to court? What do you propose courts should do to ensure an unbiased fair jury?
